I agree with Toma and understand fully why he is pissed off, I mean come on I think all of us would be if we were in his situation, if he does lose anything during this period in which he is banned he SHOULD get compensation.

Of course the admins have lives and have other things to do but it has been what 18/19 hours now since Toma has had no reply from Andrew, yes I know it is up to 24 hours to respond but still it's pathetic. Even more so considering Toma messaged him and he got no reply, yet Andrew still managed to message someone else an hour later..

I am on f4 and we are currently at war which has already been said and now his army is in a vulnerable position, if that is lost then this whole thing is complete and utter ****

This will be forwarded to the admin.You guys need to be understanding that most of the bans happening nowadays might not have Strong Evidence. Such things like farming. Are you saying we should let them get away because we haven't got a strong case against them. Sometimes bans need to be done immediately because they are using mutlies to spam people or mass attack. I'm not saying what has dont to toma was right im just hoping you guys understand

and i hope some kind of compensation is due if admin gave a wrong judgement.... both parties have valid arguments

So just the other day i was accused of FARMING on F4. Why was i accused of farming? Because i played F4 all the way up to a week ago when i told my alliance i couldnt be able to play with them anymore because of life and such. I was kicked and conquard just like any member that is leaving his alliance. Well, Seth goes ahead and WITHOUT even messaging me goes ahead and REMOVES my colony?? Yes thats right he removed my colony from F4 which i have been on sence tick 1! Matter of fact i was the first person to join F4.

His Reasoning for removing my colony from F4 was because he was getting complaints of me farming for my "buddies", What kind of BullShlt is this? I loged in the day before i was removed to build some units in my colony and i find i dont have a colony on F4? Anyone have balls to explain this to me?

Also Toma i agree with you 100% Supporters are what make this game happen what puts the money in BD so why shouldnt BD return the favor and at least notify you why? OR message you befor banning you for something as small as 1 farm, isnt the definition of a farm a colony that is built there for the soul purpose of being conquard? From what Toma says his colony played as a sub and after a little bit Toma desided he didnt need the sub and conquard it or something along those lines, point is that other colony didnt build there to be a conquared colony of Toma...Why would he need the +5 tax of that colony when he can get the Gold boosts? Haha cmon now Admins use your heads? Do the math? put 2 and 2 together....

Dont forget bout me being removed without a single message, wtf is that about? Lets see how BD treats its players that they have done wrong because of complains? Bet BD doesnt do a damn thing about it

You had a friend of yours on the same IP right beside you that let you conquer them and who you had logged into. Your ban was temporary and has ended, the other colony has been deleted.

While we appreciate that you have supported us by purchasing so many tokens it does not change our stance on cheating and breaking the ToS.

Please don't farm friend's colonies, it is against the ToS and both you and the other colony have been banned previously for multi/sharing situations so this rule shouldn't be something new to you.

Edit: Sorry I wasn't on sooner to answer your message(s) toma I was very sick today and spent most of the day on the couch except when watching my son. I was on earlier in the day and saw you messaged me on skype but I didn't get a chance to read it till a few minutes ago.

Maybe it makes me lazy, I dunno, but I really just didnt have the energy to respond yesterday.

Bmac, I am sorry, but if you are not playing, and you are removed from your alliance for this reason, and then end up conquered by that alliance and yet only log in to do the bidding of said alliance even though you are conquered by them, yes, I consider that farming. So does half of the server!

I was bombarded with messages about you being a farm, and everyone saying "well if they can do it, I can too!". I really DO NOT like banning people. I mentioned it to someone in COOL and no one seemed to care. I took deleting the colony as a better course of actions. If indeed you are "no longer playing" as you suggest, what is the big deal? If you ARE playing, then why are you just being a conquer farm?!

If you really dont care what kind of a bind you are putting me into by being a willing conqer farm and slave to the COOL alliance, then I do not know what to tell you.

Please, if this is not what you would have me do, and would rather I banned, or even took no action at all, please let me know. The messages I get in-game suggest that players think that this sort of thing "ruins the game". I have long since been riddled with PM messages about players being "cycled out" of an alliance only to get conquered by them and still do their bidding by launching spam attacks as well as spies etc..

If this is how you guys want to play, fine. Let me know. However, don't tell me that you want this sort of thing to be allowed, and then get in and scream at the admin if the other team is doing it!

If you as a community would not like me to enforce anti-farming in cases like Bmac where he claims to "not be playing", and is nothing more than a conquer and slave for his alliance, then please let me know! I do my best to enforce what I think the community wants to have enforced!
