Dont want to offend you anything, but I have been waiting for CRAP to attack any UE bases in S America, and well it hasnt happened. Our South American hold has been weakened by rebels but the Northern South American bases are stronger than ever.

UE sees no reason to declare war or challenge melfice if our local forces are doing fine and our conquers our coming in easily. It is only when our S American Local Garrison gets taken out and we begin to lose everything do we relaunch a re invasion to protect our interests.

Such as in Africa UE bases were driven off by SGCD, and destroyed. We responded by sending more troops in and resecuring our interests and now East Africa is under our control.

But right now, CRAP doesnt seem to be disturbing us in S America.
