if someone is good enough to have a decent chance against the big alliances, he would already know that it's not wise to join after tick 500, or even after tick 100. Well if he plays seriously, that is.

And plus, giving u a colony with a limited radar range, ability to build structures but can't use any except converting and scans (shields and military are off since u're not getting attacked or attacking anyone, nukes and gates too since u're not making any OP, ion cannon too) is very irritating.

Thing is we cant take a call on how a player should play the game. There are lots of people on E1, who are not big players, because they choose not to be. But they enjoy E1 nevertheless. Some might just wanna hang around spam a few every now and then. So we cant judge what is good gameplay, or what the right way to play is. Everyone has his/her way of doing things. We gotta give room for that.


Also though I like increasing wreckages, it will give the bigger players the advantage, cuz you need infrastructure to get the wreckages.
