NFL should not deserve compensation then since ions just damage the troops they didn't actually cause loss in troops unless they attacked while it was happening.

NFL claimed that they would have won the battle if those ions weren't done, which was not the case. But the fact that a multi did it, gives their argument a bit of credibility. I mean if those 30 ions weren't done and they could kill a few more, then they should have been able to.

Once again no. This does not give u incentive. Now if a member of your alliance launched one at your colony then yes you would get compensated but not if anyone launched a nuke at your colony The entire reason they got compensated was that it was THEIR nuke that hurt them. Nukes launched by a alliance are not supposed to hurt the alliance that launched them. It is a glitch and they got compensated for it. Stop whining.

No the nukes were launched by someone else, to the colony we were attacking. Our squads got damaged while returning. Since it wasn't one of our outposts or colonies the nuke was going to, and since it was someone else's nuke going to another target, we couldn't do anything about it. Like Kevin said, every ingame mechanic has to have a counter, so ions counter nukes and in this case that wasn't possible. Thats why the need for a compensation.

Units that have attacked a colony should not be affected by a nuke hitting the colony. Only units that are stationary on the colony (parked there) and units that attempt to leave the colony the same tick the nuke hits should be hit by a nuke. This was a bug.

This is, and always has been, the way nukes were supposed to work. Attacking units should never be hurt by nukes landing on a colony they're attacking. Nukes are indended to hurt defending units only.

This situation as discribe unionable nuke does seem like it should be compensated but according to seth since this situation happened recently where an alliance nuked itself in which case the nuke is impossible to ion and doesn't show up on incoming radar.

anyhow, everyone is treated by this equally, so I am unsure that I can compensate a few for what all players face on equal ground. It could be one hell of a can of worms to open. However, I am sure we can try to get this addressed as soon as possible by the development department.

That is from an ingame message with seth about this so as long as we are all treated equally by bugs oh well. :D.

Yeah, I also told you I may have misunderstood what you were saying, and that I would look it over when I had rested and could look into it deeper.

Im still trying to make it to sleep

I do believe I already apologized for possibly being dense due to being tired, but Ill apologize here again. :)

Like I said, Ill see if im not missing something when I have the presence of mind enough to make sense of the extensive message history between us. Ive been at it too long today and am starting to feel a little goofy-eyed.

Also, just to put that quote into context, I believe that at the time, I thought you were saying that your squads arrived before the nuke hit, in which case they would have surely been harmed by it. To my knowledge, everyone is affected by nukes equally in this way, and I was saying that I cannot compensate one person for something like that which affects everyone in the same fashion. I would simply not be able to handle the volumes of claims that would then flood me! But remember, I may have missed something in the conversation. There comes a point when you have answered so many posts, message and emails etc. in a day, that you can easily get one issue crossed with another and another etc etc.

As I stated in our conversation also, I will get to server messages first thing tomorrow, so I will be alittle more fresh. ;)

It is ok seth I actually thought the messages were pretty good :D. I liked the logic in that one :D personally I thought it was fine and was asked by others in my alliance to share it so I did.

And Seth your bed is beckoning :D. I might be to tired to explain correctly I will look over our messages when I wake up in the morning as well and see if they make sense.
