Yes it was originally planned to be an observing alliance until we ended up getting a high rank. I wasn't prepared enough to push us into a serious mode and I did it anyways.

kane, if ur busy or dont want to accept that is obv your choice, but you are the one who talked smack about being able to beat me, this was your chance to put something behind those words, whatever your choice everyone will take a diffrent opinion of it, some of them will not be good for your champion statues.
