But what if my alliance members who are reds boosters are also more active , they exapnd and also conquer others?
And Amexo what's this cool down ?

If they're more active than you then you will most likely never pass them. Activity is key in battledawn and even more so when you wish to compete with boosters while not boosting yourself. If you can be more active than them however you could pass them without even a single blue. That is heavily dependent on skill, play style, and activity however.

As i noticed that max players who boost supporter tokens are working & cant be heavily active but who boost blues may be heavily active but exceptions are there , for eg malice as he claims that he can be highly active as well as use tokens then me & malice having same activity lvls how can i pass him?

In all honesty, it's nearly impossible. If you and I have the same amount of activity level, but I boost heavily as well, then chances are, you won't surpass me. That is the advantage of being a booster. There is more at your disposal as they are paying for that advantage with real money.

However, you do still have options available.
1. Take the support route and don't try to surpass. Instead, aim for the rank after. If the booster is going to get 1st, aim for 2nd. or 3rd if there's another heavy booster. A lot of times, only 1 or 2 of the players in a team will continually heavy boost. Most don't feel like spending $100's for 4th place. So once they realize they're not getting 1st or 2nd, they usually stop boosting unless it's necessary.

2. Diplomacy can be just as big of a thing in your own alliance as it is outside. Talking with your teammates and asking them to help you can have it's rewards. But that's purely dependent on the player in your team. Sometimes they'll be willing to help you out, sometimes not. You may have to strike a deal with them (such as helping them on another era where they will get 1st rank if you win).

3. You can play like a jerk. Snipe your teammates, go solo against enemies with high crystal counts instead of sharing with your team, solo relics, etc. Not very recommended as those are usually tactics done by heavy boosters (as they can outproduce and bully you via money).

Also think of the fact that just because you and I have the same activity levels, but I'm a booster, that doesn't mean you're screwed. So long as you send first, get more XP on your armies, play smarter, you should be fine. Don't lose squads without reason (not counting spams, of course). XP farm as much as you can to get R4/R5. Use that to get easier kills, thus you won't need as large of an army. Also, outposts are your friend. When you aren't boosting, outposts are one of the main sources of income. Capture as many as you can, raze all those you don't need to upgrade, use those resources for more units, buildings, whatever.

Just as a note, when he says outposts are your friend, he means taking them from others. Not building them yourself.

And what Apollo said is true. If you play smarter than the booster, you will surpass them if you have the same activity level. However, if you're all just as active at the same times, that's a different story. I recall doing such with a team of mine in the past. Three of us were extremely active and constantly fighting each other for conquers, wrecks, etc. We had to start using a calling system for who got what (whomever could post the coords quickest in AC got it). Usually, we all ended up starting our searches in different parts of the map, so all of us would get some. There were times when we would do almost exactly the same search route and we'd literally be 1-2 seconds behind one another on posting coords and as such, 1 person would get about 90% of the items.

But there are many different ways to get ahead. Being smart and calling things out that you can handle are definitely helpful. And xp units are a godsend if you can do such correctly. Often times, those who are extremely focused on gaining conquers and wrecks will be less active on farming xp (not always, but i've found this to be a common trend as they usually have less energy for scanning colonies to find units to kill).

All you need is staying active for 15 hours and a bit of diplomacy.(for you not the boosters)
I believe that the question now is how to surpass the booster and get good rank so my point isn't wrong from my point of view.
