Greetings all! My name is PancakeRider, and for the next era on F4 I am going to attempt to lead an alliance to glory! Nothing too high mind you, top 12 at least!

It would be my first time leading an alliance, but I'd be looking for a group of 9 experienced players, to assist me!
The alliance I would like to create is called, as you may have guessed from the topic name, Rise of The Pheonix! I attempted this alliance 3 times, with little to no success in the past, so I'm hoping a little more progress is made this era!

If you'd like to join, there are a few requirements;
1. You must be an experienced player
2. Activity must be high, around 13 ticks a day (Obviously not all at once)
3. SKYPE. You must have it, if you don't, don't bother! Its the most useful communication tool!
