The war should have started at tick 1,300 and we should have made a better NAP.

The decision our leader made was not very good, it just makes ISKC look even more bad. First subs, now this.

I wanted the war to start at tick 2200. He wanted 1300, so I said okay, but even that wasn't early enough apparently.
