Temperatures haven't gone above 30 degrees this summer, and it's almost halfway done, and just to make it worse, last week there were only 2 days where the temp went to 20 or above, so the concept of getting cooler than warmer is logical.

First, Michael Crichton = genius.
Second, The points he made about second hand smoke in this Aliens Cause Global Warming is very interesting.

Aliens Cause Global Warming. Yes, you read the name of the speech right. This is my favorite one, because he calls out Carl Sagan and a few others.

lol i read state of fear and most of his other books..

and although ive read like 3/5 of his books... i still havent read jurassic park/lost world... the ones that made him famous... as well as Prey.

favourite one by him has to be timeline... very fun

It doesn't matter whether or not temperatures are getting colder or warmer, it's about extremes. I know, here on Long Island, that we had a record high temperature of 100+ degrees F in April...... that strikes me as a problem. It shouldn't get that hot in NY o.O
