Okay. There has been some Mis-Communication with DOOM's Naps.
We will not attack your OP's UNLESS its in europe. (Unless we've made special agreements)
Europe is our territory, and building in it will spark war.

Quentin, you had members in USA so we will be in Europe with troops. We never agreed on territorial agreements, so you have no right to claim Europe as yours.

ALL public discussions are now closed. Doom if you deem necessary to contact HKF, Alexander and I will schedule a MSN meeting thank you.
To bring to attention.
When the alliance agreement was created and no discussion of territories, boundaries were then brought up then these limits are NOT present. If would like to get technical... Europe is a continent therefore Doom colony(s) are in North America which cancels out.
