First of all, when we build armies we have to choose the chassis and as we all know Inf. gets a 25% bonus attack power against vehicles and vehicles gets a 25% bonus power against tanks.
So I have to send 13 ranged tanks to kill 10 ranged vehicles not counting the XP.
10 vehicles = 20 solders. and 13 tanks = 39 solders.
Which means I get 0 score for killing those vehicles and the opponent gets score for killing any tank of mine. So this has to be fixed as we all see.

I have been playing Battle dawn for several years and many people here know me. But I do not post in the forums much. So how would it be fair that a player like myself who has player many years but does not post much lose our right to vote in a poll???? To even suggest such a thing is just wrong. Everyone deserves the right to have a vote and a say. not if it influences bd and bd allows multiple forum accounts.....you have 30 posts fair enough yet the majority of players posting here have 1 post which shows they are 1). new 2). not interested in the community until theres an admin message 3).A multi account used for hoarding blues (most players have lots of those) 4). clicked the link and picked the option most suited to them presently without thinking of the concequences. I recommend only players who actually post on bd issues can vote hence the post count minimum for voting, all government institutes have cnditions for voting for a reason even in the most liberal of countries, the 4 reasons posted above for players with 1 post show that this isnt helping the system.

They can see which accounts have been actively playing or have just been made.

Lets get back to topic. The new score system is great, it makes the game slightly more complex, giving you more things to consider while playing, this is essential in a strategy game. The new system also stops the older players from getting bored from playing exactly the same game all the time. Although there are many good things about the system such as giving people slightly more chance to catch up to the top players in score later on in the game, there are also some disadvantages that need to be taken out through tweaks. As mentioned before, the new system discourages gaining power, boosting and it also encourages suicide attacks, spams and even multis to suicide into the real players to increase their score. Here, ive just highlighted the problems, i could go on to talk about some solutions but most have already been talked about already and i dont want to repeat ideas. As long as admins can find a way to solve those problems, the new system will be perrrrfect -Ender

I'd say just keep it simple
1 pt for every soldier killed is fine maybe, I dont know why all the complications and what end they are supposed to serve

Making the game more complex and giving you more things to consider does not necessarily make a game more focused on strategy. And particularly not a strategy that Battledawn would want, judging by what was said about this update when it was implemented. It was to encourage top alliances to go to war with each other, I hardly think it was implemented to promote less power, less boosting, top players getting annoyed. As far as getting bored from playing the same game all the time, I'd much rather play a good game that does not change than a game that was good and keeps doing changes that make it worse Quote: Here, ive just highlighted the problems, i could go on to talk about some solutions but most have already been talked about already and i dont want to repeat ideas. The question for me is whether we should be thinking of how to solve problems (which I believe by now everyone does recognise are present) when we had a system that was fully working in the first place. Sometimes it's better to just take your losses and realise the change was not what you wanted, and rollback the change. See for example conquer power being removed and added again. By the way Ender, interesting to see you in the Maintenance team I've never seen you before, do you still play?

im just going to copy paste what i said in another thread.
honestly i wish they'd just take it out. no tweaking, no fixes. just get rid of it. it's caused more harm than good by a landslide and will likely continue to for a long time.
if it JUST HAS TO STAY throw it in RC and advertize the RC to get it properly tested. <30 people who barely play isn't properly testing.
so even if it does stay, take it out of .com for now and put it where it can be tweaked without destroying the game. and advertize RC more.
