99.9% of the time when this message pops up, it's just the game being crap, there's no maintenance of any sort, and it works as soon as you refresh the page. I appreciate what you tried to do with it, but you clearly failed at it. The client has been way too prone to throwing up disconnect/maintenance messages since the very beginning (when the server is CLEARLY still functional and connected), why don't you just fix it? At least increase the disconnect time out so I don't have to refresh the page every 5 minutes? Come on...

You are right that "server under maintenance" doesn't mean most likely that the server is under maintenance. Also its more likely for a player to see "connection lost".

What you describe sounds like a cookie issue. Is it possible that you have another instance from BD running on you PC? For example Battlegalaxy?
Or another colony/user account on another tab?

If so, simply stop doing it, and you won't see this alert anymore

Not having bd.com and kong open at the same time has significantly reduces the issues, but I'm still getting quite a few disconnect messages (which almost immediately disappear).

Agreed, and the same goes for "trying to connect" or whatever it says.. I remember playing from phone and that message kept making me have to relog because it would pop up while I was scrolling and then once that popped up it would just keep scrolling to the side I was scrolling to. And yeah the server maintenance one is worse, since then you have to relog every single time.

yes exactly im tired of this (Want to be allies? Sometimes I like to pretend I am a princess riding a pony..) .
Firstly the exp from mobile is already frustrating on top of that new l
problem . Everything just stops the ticks the moving BC and i need to refresh the page.

Seriously wtf is going on, I get disconnected so much I barely have any time to actually do anything on 4tick/hr worlds because I have to reload like 5 times before it will actually load completely and not disconnect. G2 is especially bad, every single time I try to play it takes 2-3 tries and about 5 minutes of waiting.

If you ever want me to even think about buying reds, FIX YOUR GAME! The fact that you expect people to pay you for this is pathetic.
