i will be making an alliance called GO (GAME OVER)
im not playing to win THIS ERA. but i am trying to make a good team this era and play for top 3 in the summer. most of these people will probably be my friends, or people i have played with be4 and whom i like. BUT I'll probably need a few people to fill the rest of the spots in...

i am not very strict but i want someone who is
1. friendly
2. can work as a team.
3. can make GOOD decisions for him self
4. can listen to my orders
5. uses chat and pm/mass message regularly
6. the ability to be friendly to everyone, whether a sub, a conquer, an admin, or enemy.

Note: i am not expecting active for this era but maybe next era... but im not too strict.

my requirements are:
1. at least 12 achievements
2. been in top 10 alliance achievement (a bit flexible on this one)
3. knows strategy and BD strategy (we will try to win on this and not tokens.)
4. at least 500 blues or red tokens when we start playing for real. easily achievable by voting for a week or two.
5. top 100 player achievement OR shows me proof of being under rank 130 AFTER TICK 150


also i was thinking during the game we could name ourselves after Video Game Villains...

Btw, I made an new account 5 min ago to start saving up blues for if I need it, in those 5 min, I already have 7 achivs and 485 blues.

So you need way more stricter rules

True but most teamates (that i know) get more active during war anyway and then again this team..isnt playing for the win i think anyway.

Like Hunta and Claw both said, you are going to need higher requirements for this kind of "dream team" alliance.

Also, i have never even heard of you before. What makes you think that you have what it takes to lead a top 3 alliance? You'll need to specify that in your original post if you want people to take you seriously.

i have connections with people with people who have reached ranks of top 30.

and ima god leader. i have made a few alliances out of scratch that reach top 20 even though there mostly noobs!
that takes skills
