On various worlds I will see a small 'window' which identifies a player as playing on a different world than the one I am on. They seem to have no correlation to the colonies/ players I am looking at. Hopefully I explained this sufficiently, it doesn't really effect play it is just.... well, odd.

Its a new feature called global chat its where you can talk to someone on any server and if they are on your server you can find their location by clicking there name

I had a pop up window appear in the middle of the screen, and it was in a foreign language.

actually sometimes it lags and u'll see it even when ur mouse is not in the GC
