The best units to build are vehicles.

You want to make armor units and range units on a 1:3 ratio (Armor:Range)

When you have units you want to label your squads.

(ex. Vehicles who have explosive damage would be called VaT Vehicles against Tanks)

Hope this helps :D

Could be labeled many things "ATV" anti tank vehics Or simply if your alliance has all the same chasis anyways .. Simply AI for anti inf AV for anti vehicle and so on ;)

Very true. But if you suddenly start using 'ATV' and 'AIV' instead of 'anti tank vehicles' and 'anti infantry vehicles' it can get confusing.

not about the labeling:
i hate when people say only build one thing.
i used to be one of them, but now i build 2 things.
it creates diversity, and makes it harder to kill. (instead of having anti____ squad, he probably will also need anti tank/vehicle/soldier

and then if you beat him, he losses more than if he would have lost with just the anti____ squad.

i like anti-tank and anti vehicles to be vehicles and my anti soldier to be tanks.

but i often do variations of this for creativity

hmm, it really can be rock paper scissors sometimes. generally though i think
its good to mix it up abit, unless your just winning a ton. then i hear exp'd tanks are the best.

not really, tanks require lots of attention and activity, while veh require less, and infs require even less. So if you're a no lifer and go on the game 15 / 24, tank is a best choice.

And about the diversity and mix chassis, I'll say it's a bad idea.

First, everyone will do mixed weapons, so if you do only one chassis, the other weapons become useless or less effective. While if you do mix chassis, the other weapons can still kill like normal.

Second, only armor of the same chassis can defend the rest. So if you put armor inf, it will defend damage inf and range inf behind him. They don't care even if your range tank is being massacred on the other side of the battle. This eventually make the armor units less effective.

hmm i guess vs a single type spam with the perfect amount of weapons its not ideal but. meh 90% of battles are lopsided too favor one side. i think i can get away with doing a few mixxed squads for style points.

but ya i see your point, and i do understand how armor takes damage during a battle but ya know. like i said, i like to mix it up. i guess i was just defending that style before with out much thought oh well.

unless u want those few mixed squads to die wastedly, you shouldn't mix squads in.

As I said, mixed squads will be in disadvantages (compare to only one chassis squads). However, if you already have mixed squads, or still want to use mixed squads, my recommend is to keep the two chassis squads seperated. Which is only send tank squads to a battle, then inf squads to another. Never mix them together. This is negate the mixed squads disadvantages.

However, though, doing this accidentally lower your squads power, instead of sending 5 full squads, you can only send 3 full squads, while keeping the other 2.
