when there is a will, there is a way... if they really want to cheat, even if we make the limit to 1 OP no matter wat... they will still cheat...

Agreed, this update just doesn't solve anything If a cheater builds more than 6 ops op farming tends to be obvious anyway. This update prevents cheating like groping old ladies prevents terrorism.

Instead of having only 1 multies/friends to help you and make lots of OPs... he'll need 2 or 3 friends to make OPs to have the same effect. It may stop farming but does it stop farmers? well whatever...
still there is case which I oppose like if capture a training base... I should recieve resources for its automatic downgrade...

this thing will make things worse. i mean others who can't make an OP cause of their power is too low will probably gonna ask their friends to drop a colony and make them some OPs  doesn't really help in my opinion,
