He is a member of NO. But personal disagreements cannot be called propaganda by an alliance. Kevin was with me, Avi and Ilona in WAW in E1, and Cosmin was in KOH. They attacked us, and then some disagreements caused Kevin and him to hate each other. (Atleast that's what I think). So he picked on him and they had their arguments. Thats all. It wasnt NO's propaganda, cuz most of NO was against Cosmin in E1 (which is where it all started) and here he is with us.

We never had a NAP with Tabula's alliance in that era for precisely that reason.
