Also i mentioned earlier that i'm good with all basics & mechanics of the game and i only wanted to know abt boosting blues , but your post is irrelavent & totally wrong , as mentioned by malice that by conquers we only gain resources & not workers.


And malice as you said that one of my alliance members will be red booster so that i can relax a bit but also i need to keep in my mind that my alliance member & leader dont think that im not contributing .

Depends entirely on the era, mainly about the competition, sometime in no comeptition era I dont boost at all but sometime where there is too much of it I can end up spending 10k tokens or even more but activity and conquers is part and parcel of it.

But you do get workers from conquers. +1 growth per conquer...
As for a blue booster in a red boosting alliance, there are structures you shouldn't have to focus that the red boosters can deal with. Say, nukes, rushing gates that can go towards a small army at the beginning.
As a leader though, they should understand that you're going to have a slow start. As long as you participate with whatever you have where ever you are needed, they shouldn't have anything to complain about.
Just be as active as possible, take as much as possible (don't forget ops, they help a lot) and you'll be fine. Heck the eras I've played without boosting a thing, I couldn't tell the difference by tick 200, although this would probably change with conquers only coming out of protection after 200 ticks (2 tickers )

Yes, conquers do give you worker production boost. Not much, but that's why you want a lot ^^

What I mentioned was that crystals do not add to worker production. And as Andy said, as a non red booster, your leader should understand. Let your heavy boosting teammates focus on getting a majority of the network up. Help them by assisting with creating radars so they can focus on gates (and ensure they get a gate near your colony so you can easily get units to it if you decide to skip on getting it yourself for more army). I would DEFINITELY focus on shield though if you are neglecting gates early on. Otherwise, get your production structures up and then get units spread out for conquers to boost your potential income.

Once you get the era started (assuming your in a good team that did well spreading their network) things will begin to even out. Boosters will (most likely) slow down on their boosting as it won't be needed as much and those using only blues have the time to catch up. Though, you will almost always see 1 or 2 of those players who boost the entire era to stay ahead. These are usually the ones obsessed with getting 1st rank.

Actually crystals do add to worker production. Its just very small. 1 crystal = 0.04 worker growth. I'm assuming it rounds up all the time though like mines, so 1-25 crystals = 1 worker growth 26-50 = 2 worker growth and so forth..

My mistake, you are right... at least according to the wiki. However, I would still not depend on crystal counts to help you out with workers. You'd be much better off depending on other sources, but every avenue helps. (I'm not the only pro taken off guard by the crystals = workers thing? Am I?! btw, when the heck did that become a thing?)
