it seems there is another update too.

You can't launch nukes of captured missile silos without own missile structure ?!

great point allen... if ioning is going to cost 250 then making nukes and firing nukes need to be raised. no more nuke fields = no more fun.

i only see the reasons for these updates is to boost boosting ;) if thats the case then please say so. 5 metal per tick seemed fair enough.

Ofcourse BD needs to keep the money flowing. No company would implement updates that would result in less revenue.

Are you sure Ilona?

I think we should have a compromise, you can launch captured nuke silos but you can't rearm them.

One disgression i do see will change for the better is the 50 energy bump for the ion. Ive noticed some abuse since you dropped it to 200. Moving it back to 250, will sever some of that issue. i find it quite BS when an alliance can ion your attacking squads over 20 times. If they can spend that much doing that, then you should have no problem ioning 15 nukes with this re-added.

When it comes to ioning squads, its an extreme measure, when you are either outnumbered or when the fight is too even. Even if ions are not increased to 250, you can easily work around this, by splitting your squads (but then again you'd have to spend oil). The main use of an ion cannon is against nukes, but nukes are so cheap to launch at 25 E, I atm am facing about 40 nukes incoming. Sure I dodge all of those, but nukes also take out infrastructure. Nukes should be used strategically and not spammed like they are today. So if you feel Ions should be 250, and it will promote strategic gameplay, then the cost of nukes should also be increased such that they are used judiciously, and not spammed like crazy the way they are today.

I have to agree that the nukes should be changed. It should cost more energy and oil to launch a nuke. It should also cost more to make silos and rearm them.

WHAT ARE FREAKING SERIOUS!! The cost of the ion cannon was ridiculously high already. Why don't you just remove the ion cannon from the game all together.

Your kidding right? The cost of oil and energy for the nukes is already insane.
