An admin puts out a new update. I play for the update and it turns out to be garbage. The person that put out updates and the one attacking me happen to be the same, only bothers me a little bit.
It's hard to differentiate between legitimate anything anymore.

What update is that gary? the "alliances whose name starts with A get extra resources/tick" update? come on...we all know BD developers are garbage...they tick ages to put out an update, when they do it's in the middle of the era and it doesn't work. then they say "(Want to be allies? Sometimes I like to pretend I am a princess riding a pony..) happens..." they went as far as making a mistake which meant that koh was unable to lock you guys then changed it back next tick... so if you decide to play BD you know you are dealing with one of the worst support staff out there, safe for one female admin ofc. meaning there is no place for disappointment....it's like deciding to jump in a tank of gasoline while enjoying a fine cuban cigarre.

Andrei, you cant really update the game separately for each map. Some server or the other will have an update mid era. Its just the way it is. And of course there will always be bugs. Bugs get revealed only when you play the game. There is only so much you can test.

Ah yes. I think the spies, nukes and all the updates have gotten way too mixed up. We need a simpler system.

sorry to say, things went as they should have.
we had 3rd party activated a lockdown on our relic. therefore their agent fought ours, won, killed ours, got the lockdown and reduce other agents accordingly. when you activate a spy against an op, he fights the agents of the op owner (and his alliance). so in our case 3rd party fought our agent, not ARM's. he won, and got the lockdown. ARM's agent didnt fight so he survived, but lost inf. ticks accordingly.
where is the problem?
and anyway, Gary, even if there's a bug, stop trying to say that Ilona is not playing fair. you are really starting to sound like a whining baby and what do you know... whining babies that are not your babies are pretty annoying.

sorry I was thinking, kinda speaking aloud myself and I wanted to share the staff put agents to give BD more action, many people didn t use them, the agent is spreaded all over the world, 10 per player, BD became in Battle spy suddlenly they realized so many spies were an abuse and they added this blrillant new update, when, in our case, many had planned the agents for many ticks to lock and damage the enemy. what does it mean then? an update kill the other update forgetting how many people plan a war, wasting their time and money using energy, resourses, boostings for , suddenly, this change in the middle of an important war ? Come on! ur planned agent are useless now because he has to fight with other one? kinda... next update: as we have many agents spreaded now we have to kill them... with 1 nuke!!!

Lol
calm down guys
First of all, in this case, the agents did exactly what they should do. If A performs an action it will fight B - and C stays out and holds his infiltration ticks. My guess is, that on the relic was 20+ agents. So D,E,F,....Z stays out.
Updates are not implemented from me as person. An update needs to be discussed, coded, tested and published. All I did was posting it as Portal-News as Michael asked me to do this.
So.. now to the point that bothers me most. I joined e1 as non serious era, just for fun and seeing how updates are working/ not working out and to stay connected to the game. As it became more serious, I stepped down as leader. As it looked like my team could win this era - I left the team. I play in a rank 17 alliance as you might saw.
I am not interested in winning an era. My full intention was to stay in the game and not judge about situations on the worlds that I admin without knowledge and understanding.
But well, it seems that some people can't handle this and especially not when they lose and for that reason, I will stop playing right after this era.
