I am close to arming my own dragon lair and see an incoming attacking dragon, whats the best way to defend against it?

fire stom does the following
when used on dragons destroys dragons
when used on an attackind squad damages all units to 1 hp in the incoming squad and delays the eta 1
when used on colony or op it damages 10 random units to 1 hp

if the fire storm destroy the dragon you won't have to defend

what do you mean by "defence"
When they are sending a dragon or a squad to you,then you are the defendant,and you can use the ion as defence :S
If you attack someone you can use it for the same reason :S Hit him!

maybe hes asking if he can defend with the dragon. Like can he set it on his base or outposts and if squads hit the base or outpost how well will the dragon defend. Im back btw lol. I would like to know also.
