If I am conquered can someone send an army to my base just to destroy my units, or does it become a safe haven (assuming of course I don't have a crystal)

I ask cause I have a decent sized force (about 6 full squads 1/3 armor range ratio) and I want to attack and raze some of the surrounding outposts that belong to bigger alliances. Could they just come to my base and destroy all my guys? took me a long while just to build up to here.

you can still be attacked =/
smart thing would be to send 1 armor inf at their op's, not the full squads, so that if you lose units you won't lose much, and they will PROBLY just go for the spam squads

and with that army you shuld be able to join a fairly good alliance
