Could someone please explain what the ministers do? I understand the minister of FA and minister of war, but i dont really get what the minister of intelligence is supposed to do? is it supposed to tell people where to put their spies or what?

right now they don't do anything, but they got plans.
minister of foreign afairs can mark people allied/hostile
minister of war can place a attack point (this will come later also)
minister of intelegense will go out and second in command will come in, 2 in cominad can kick anyone but the leader and the other ministers

leader can do all of the above

Usually, different Ministers oversee different aspects of running a cohesive alliance. On the topic of Minister of Intelligence, they actually have important roles as they report on any large happenings in the world, i.e New Relics, Oil/Metal wells, and enemy troop movements. Ministers of war are the people who coordinate with the alliance leader on where to strike, and when to defend. There are many other Ministerial positions that someone can hold within an alliance, but that would take a long time to list and explain them all.
