As a friendly guide, if you want your alliance to succeed. you should tell what kind of players you are looking for, what are your goals and methods to get there.
Otherwise you are far better learning inside another tag, see how other alliances are run.
I don't think you will gain any valid players with this given information.

Look does it really matter much about that it doesn't seem neccesary. Plus if you were specifically to ask more specifically you'll less of a chance of having more players in your group.
