so thelast 2 global anouncements both being updates I have noticed something:

They show up as locked and I can't reply
well one would think that the topic is locked but I see others replying

for example october 13 update: people are posting but at the reply button I have LOCKED and then more post

Apollo reported this aswell but then his topic turned out locked and I was unable to commen there

Currently I'm trying to decipher why this happens. I thought it was normal due to the fact I can post even if topics are locked (mod powers young ones) but I'll check it and report what I find.

I suggest you try refreshing the page and trying to post anyway.

I have tried the refresh several times before and done the cookie and history delete...twice
