Wow. And killing the legal means of gaining above limits oil by this. The old 50 ticks would give a player a full day (on 2 ticks servers) to gain extra oil by setting his army on a target on delay and come back the next day and recall the launch. Now only those on a 1 tick server can do this (legal) trick.

To make it short, this is the only change i really dont like. (or a relative same reduction should be implemented on 1 tick servers, meaning only 12 ticks delay on the 1 tick servers)

i agree it is unfair it should be 12 ticks worth on each server

gaining above limits is not legal. it's abusing the res cap.

I've heard that they will make that returned squad will not give back oil, unless u return ur squad right after u send it.
