That would make nukes redundant, if i cant afford to ion, its ok, ill get someone from my sub allaince to do it... SirSkipwith wrote: Or, at the very least any nuke that would affect their troops.
Better.

Yeah and make ions cheaper since now a lot more of these nukes will have to be ioned. OR Make nukes costlier

why make ions cheaper or nukes costtier? this system been the same since ages.. why ruin up the game? there's no point in this voting in my opinion, if the system got changed and ppl voted for option 1... Big alliances gonna be harder to beat this problem can be solved without changing the mother system and rules... its very simple.. 1-dont get stupid allies who are gonna nuke ur target without coordinating. 2-clean up the area from hostile nukes. this issue isnt big as most of ppl are saying.. pretending actually Big alliances just dont wanna get owned by Newbs or small alliances cuz of their inactivity or bad skills

Option 1 keeps the present system intact. Only change is, squads with a returning status wont be affected, by nukes that cant be ioned. I dont see why people think of it as a complete change. It is just a tweak to an already existing bad game design.

you cant say why human get sick! and that's a bad design.. u live with it.
same here.. u live with this part of nukes system. u improve ur abilities to take advantage/disadvantage of it.
everyone kept saying its a bug then andrew came and denied that. now ppl are saying its a bad game designed... pfff.
the Nuke system have been the same since they launched the game. no one complained about it untill now.. this is pathetic

it is pathetic when people complain about certain things that have been the same since the start.

Lolz bad game design. You're punishing an innovative strategy because you're either too lazy to turn around, or too dumb to look for the nukes. Has anyone realized that with Option 2, if you attack a target at ETA 4 there is NO CHANCE of a nuke hitting you? Oh hell, let's make the offensive game a bit harder to where you ACTUALLY HAVE TO take down the infrastructure and get close. There are plenty of other designs and systems in this game that don't allow an easy workaround. Some parts of this game you can't react to instantly, and it would be a terribly boring game if you could. It's funny to watch as most of you vets rant and complain about this specific tactic, but the plethora of other tactics which benefit you more that newer and most logical players complain about are completely fine. As I know circular logic is about to happen, and Kane is going to bring about the same point he has before, but purposely avoid key parts about my point because he cannot debate those... here's a cute kitten. ^-- This is Kane in real life. All he wants is love and care. Smother him with hugs and maybe he'll realize that he doesn't have to be a troll all the time

I don't think 325 people is enough to really decide this. ;/ Much more than 325 people playing this game. That worries me.

Only a fraction of the ones playing get on the forums. I know some top players who dont have a single post on the forums.
