how should i get in top 20 under 100 ticks how to get a good start

Well if rank in the first 100 ticks is your concern then I must tell you that rank overall does not matter but especially not in the beginning. As for how to get a good start, take resource ops, regular ops, and conquers near you slowly growing your territory and defend it fiercely. You will also want to have a good alliance to help you defend and expand. Lastly I would suggest you apply for a mentor using the following link viewtopic.php?f=47&t=1036&start=0. A mentor will be able to answer this question in detail along with any other possible questions you may have.
