I´ve seen that some players place videos of battles in youtube, where they are seen battling against another player ....

To what extent is it legally permissible for them to do this without the express authorization of the acc. owner (s)?

If I do not want or have not authorized anyone to post a video where my account is viewed (for whatever reason), why do I have to tolerate that?

I personally do not record, and the following reply is on behalf of Me, WarrMachine and TheGamingChicken.

We as you-tubers dedicated ourselves to our videos.
What you have decided to say is talking about those who do not understand the full system of how YouTube and their business works.

I personally guaranteed satisfaction to all those included in my videos that they would not be shared to anyone else apart from the viewers. Because of this everyone was okay with my videos. causing a better community.

If there are indeed players who are recording you, and you feel you do not wish them to do so. You can contact them or contact you tube with a copyright, publicized or other claim.

Hello!

It's not because it happened to me (I clarify) ... and if it happened to me, I think I would not mind.

But it's not a joke. There are a number of judicial decisions in this regard, the most recent was in Spain, if I remember correctly.

That is why I am asking.

If you are better informed than me, present what you know with the corresponding links.

My Supermechs acc. is mine.

It is as if you publish photos of my house or my car, without my express permission. Even if you do not say or do not mention the owner's name.

In any case, you will have to show what you intended to do in making such a publication.

Rgds. Nancy.
