I just noticed that the range structures are building at 3 hours and not 12, and all the other structures times are reduced from what they say when you click on them.

Depending on how many ticks the world has, it shouldn't be a bug

well the newest update:

building times will change with the speed

so basically the lvl 5 building will take 24 hrs in 1 tick, but only takes 12 hrs in 2 tick, 8 hrs for 3 tick and 6 hrs for 4 tick.
