is the client not working or wat ive tryed to get on the game to MAKE my coloney but it never finished loading. can anyone help?

i log in at the mian screen but then when i click on earth one it just brings up a big black screen

u have to wait for the black screen to show login and password be patient
if it still doesnt come up try using firefox as ur browser in the game
