Go to an image hosting site (like imageshack.com) and upload your image so its got a URL on the internet. Then copy that URL and put it in between [ img ] and [ /img ] tags (no spaces).

So it would look like [ img ]http://www.example.com/picture/1123/[ /img ] (with no spaces)

The Dots are where colonies can be placed

That´s my suggestion:

Green and light red area for colonies and outposts, black and dark red areas for asteroid fields.
Admin shoud be placed in the blue center.
Relics and mines shoud be placed on green area.

something like this, the red area is where you can place colonys.

And, how about adding a new function?

Can place public portal on 4 corners, which no one can attack it, it belongs to admin, but everyone can use it to transfer fleets from corners to else corner.

So I think the new map should have two spiral galaxies, one in the upper right corner, and the other in the lower left corner. In between the two galaxies there should be little *holes* in the asteroid field, just like the current map.
here is an approximate image of what i am trying to convey...

Just imagine those holes in the white spot if the white were an asteroid fileld.
I think it would be at least a little epic, if the two top alliances who were battling it out were in seperate galaxies.....
