Gesh looks like Tigran doesnt believe in the good old 20:10 ratio, his ratio is 15:15. Ouch, hope the rest of ARM doesnt build like that:(

I believe he has 20:10, but I've seen him build some extra armor during war. Also maybe since he was up against tanks, he probably built more armor. As the tanks would be XPed as well.
