simply amazing that TRKY has no banned members, yet every time they come near our hive the first thing that happens is a noob shows up near us and 3 ticks later he sends spam at everyone of our outposts but no other alliances, just goes to show as long as you pay enough money admins wont ban you

It's common for friends to ask for favours, including spammings. Unfortunately, this is unbannable since admins have no way to know if the account is legit or a 'friend' account. For now, send any 'suspicious' colonies to the world admin who can run further checks.
