I'm tired of making alliances where no one knows how to follow instructions well.

I'm looking for 2 or 3 members to start a small band of upstarts in E2 next era. I've gotten rank 1, and I've been in a rank 1 alliance, not to mention led a top 4, 5, and 7 alliance in the past. I'm not a booster, so I consider that decent for having no real teamwork or planning.

I do make plans, it's just no one can understand them. I like the people I ally with always, but I need some people I can communicate strategy with. So this era I only have one requirement. It's not that you follow orders, it's just that you can understand what I'm saying! If you can understand my tactics, you'll follow them of your own free will I'm sure.

I'll take more than 3 if more people join up, but really that's all I need to make the top 3. We can pick up more in game.

Just a heads up: If you aren't prepared to do things differently (and I mean really different) then don't bother joining up. I'm going to shoot out some crazy ideas and I'll expect the same from everyone else.

well... i could join for i know strategy. (literally only reason i ever did do well for i don't boost and rarely am i extremely active (im very busy...))

but i do warn you i probably not to active especially on SUN-WED days.
lol sometimes i dont even get on during those days...

maybe if you make this alliance in summer then i could be active.
