Ok, so I've been seeing all of you peoples amazing pictures you put on here. I was wondering how you make them in a lot of topics/threads.
~What I'm asking is this~ Do any of you know a free and reliable Photo/Video editing software i can download on my computer?

I use GIMP for raster photo editing. Inkscape (vectors) may be good too, but I haven't tried it, so lemme know how it turns out. And you can't go wrong with good ol' MS Paint.

Not any that I know of. Synfig may be worth a try for animations, or Pencil.
Of course, if you really wanna get into it, get yourself a nice, cheap graphics tablet. I use a Wacom Bamboo tablet, which comes with Sketchbook Express.

Seashore/gimp.
Both great, MS paint is nice but i find it slightly confusing.
I prefer GIMP

Seashore is for Macs though, so go with GIMP for an all-around editor.
Word of advice though, research your software first before you download, so you know what you're getting into, and if it's really the best software for your needs.

True, though im on a mac
GIMP is nice, so yes, go with GIMP

I have GIMP 2, its OK, should i get GIMP 1 insted?
