i moved relic , it said ETA2 ticks, but it stopped next tick

You can't fly it over another relic, it will just jump over it. Stops you from cancelling the flight of your relic while you're above the other relic and blocking someone from attacking one of the two :)

You cann't hide your relic but if you move your relic on your colony rightly then you can hide your colony.
