This is a glitch that is on every client and I think it needs to be fixed. It allows players to build anywhere, even on water. I don't know how it is done though.

Anyways I remember something about the old client that someone used some script or something to build on water. On places you normally cant build... maybe thats the key this time again. Just gotta ban them if they use something illegal.
