Hey guys, Im making an alliance for the F3 restart. It will be called TCA(The Council). Of course, there will be a certain number of requirements. Here are the following Requirements:

1. Must be extremely active- max 35 ticks inactivity. ( Might be changed due to response)
2. Must be skilled- Well, thats kind of obvious- in order to join you need to have a certain number of achievements. Message me in game to let me check.
3. Must follow along with the alliance in game. Let me explain- if you join, I dont want you dragging behind. If you are way behind the other places, there is a possibility that you will be kicked.
4. You must have MSN. I want us to be very organized. We will be either using MSN or Skype- im not sure yet.

*Boosting is Optional*
Yes, you don't have to boost. That would be appreciated, but you don't have to boost. It's your money not mine. If the alliance is doing well, I am hoping that you do boost.

Of course there will be a second in command. If you are qualified, let me know and I may list you as the Second in Command.

Of course, there will be other roles, Minister of War, Intelligence, etc. Let me know if you are fit for those positions as well.
