Wow. And killing the legal means of gaining above limits oil by this. The old 50 ticks would give a player a full day (on 2 ticks servers) to gain extra oil by setting his army on a target on delay and come back the next day and recall the launch. Now only those on a 1 tick server can do this (legal) trick.
To make it short, this is the only change i really dont like. (or a relative same reduction should be implemented on 1 tick servers, meaning only 12 ticks delay on the 1 tick servers)
