Whoa...so Kenny actually admitted to cheating and having colonies place to spam us? Where is the 5 paragraph explanation on why its okay that he did it?

So many accusations being thrown back and forth. I know nothing of colonies being built to spam you the tick you guys declared war on us. From what I've heard, they put up a better fight on CE than this time around.
WaC on the other hand should be interesting. They really haven't taken advantage of us being at war for a few hundred ticks. They just barely are beating us in score/power.
