i just started and already its going wrong. I'm on task one of the totorial and i can't complete it.
I've zoomed in to maximum in an unoccupied area but under the mouse theres a message telling me to zoom in which i can not do as i have already done so, but theres another message in the centre of the screen telling me to click on the map to interct with it. I have dont this but nothing happened.
Please i need help with this.

This would seem to be a glitch. Try clicking the map before zooming.

Try zooming all the way out and double-clicking an area of the map. It is possible that the tutorial is holding you up because you performed an action before it asked you to. Please post here if that turns out to be the fix so we can identify it as a bug. Thank you

The orange dots weren't showing up.
update; but you have to pick your colony the 1st time or it bugs out again if you zoom out.

Ok, I tried double clicking, zoom out, zoom in, click on yellow and red dots and nothing is working. This thing is getting off to a very bad start.

I am sorry to hear that. Try logging out, clearing your cache, cookies, etc., and then trying all over again.
Are all of you simply skipping ahead in the tutorial without following the steps?? I am trying to figure out what is causing these problems for you folks!

Its a VERY unclear tutorial - i dont even know what im looking for?!? But i only see occupied territory - nothing else is loading.
Followed the tutorial the best i could, but WHY do i HAVE to follow it?!?
If you remove the restrictions from the tutorial, ppl can choose to follow it or not. That way, the tutorial reacts to what ppl do, rather then restricting them to what they should do.
That way, the player cant "do anything wrong" if you see what i mean

Actually, the tutorial can be skipped once you made your colony. Did you try clearing your cache...?

That way, the player cant "do anything wrong" if you see what i mean Is not loading because the telocrophic thingy majigy takes time to load (Green squares) Be paitient and the turorial is actually quite clear.
