600w should be fine for the FX-8350 and a 760, but I'd recommend going to 750w and maybe upgrading to a 960 or 970.

Online games can be played with ease with this config but u need more net speed too :P

I'm not sure if online means in-browser or just multiplayer. If in-browser then I misunderstood the purpose.
