Hello everybody, my name is Dan and I'm addicted to bringing up old games I used to play.
Big picture is I used to play old Battle Dawn all the way back my freshman year of highschool. Which was (I'm pretty bad at math) 08-09. My fondest memories of this game are of me and my little group of nerd friends trying to set up little colonies on every world, and meeting at my friend's house (all 5 of us) to wait for the full world reset, to try to get the coveted spots of the world.
This all changed when I started doing GOOD. While playing on a fantasy world, I hovered around the rank 30 mark, while the rest of my friends fell down to the usual 120ish. I was then recruited to join one of the bigger alliances, and worked my way (playing during class of course) all the way up to Rank 1. I had two relics, and felt really freaking good.
But then the world ended, and me and my friends just moved on I suppose. I was checking some of my old archived Facebook messages the other day, and saw some of our Battle Dawn banter, thought I'd come check it out.
I'm not sure if I plan on taking this seriously at all, I might bring a friend with me just for a fun couple of days and be off. But whatever I do, just saying hay
