thank you very much found you on the fb post the other day so i have ecome to play i do have one question which chat channel is for alliances and how can we use it so far one can see it the other can't thanks in advance

Once you join an alliance you should be able to find it under the bottom left Chat tab (not the global one that is usually open) and in the dropdown list.
