Hello,

Bans for hacking usually start out on a timer on first offense (and grow permanent later).

You can however always contact us about bans, just shoot me an email ([email protected]) and i'll look into it with whomever banned you (or with the person who created the automatic systems).

Sure, but Liran is rather busy and doesn't have as much time to help people and look into cases.

Please understand, Liran is a developer, he creates updates. He answers emails because he wants to and because he's a really nice person, but in the end he may also not do it or stop doing it when he's too busy with the game.

So please try to understand that when you email him
