This Treaty is between BT-BT1(NKS)-F3AR and VULC-V3-VULK-V4

- Parties:
* BT-BT1(NKS in time due to reorganisations)-F3AR, hereafter called BT
* Vulc-V3-Vulk-V4, hereafter called Vulc

This treaty is valid for Earth 3, era 14 only. This treaty can be amended only by mutual agreement

Conditions:

- Territories:
* BT does not come into NA, limited to Panama
* BT does not come into Africa
* Vulc does not come into Antartica besides to fullfil relic conditions
* Vulc does not come into SA besides to fullfil relic conditions.

- Relics:
* BT commit to hand over at the very end their relics to VULC, for an eventual 10 relics gathered.
* VULC doesnt ask for BT relics
* VULC will be given the opportunity build a single corridor from NA, thru SA into AA, to obtain any relic not held by BT.

- Allies:
* BT and VULC team up against ACID, to share the loot with a strategy to be developed together
* this Treaty is made for VULC to finish 1st and BT 2nd

- Loyalty:
* VULC asks BT, and vica versa, to write themselves these conditions to engage their loyalty and honor

- Termination:
*This treaty can only be terminated when either party stops playing or is incapacitated to play E3era14

Exactly read the last bit about going into AA to obtain any relic not held by BT from SA

That is what we were doing obtaining the relics not held and you guys says that was a breach because we had ops in SA or because we conquered those who resisted

We had ops in SA to return out of there i know it would have pleased you guys to make us stuck there

We conquered them to kill there resources as it take forever to pull relics up out of hostile terrritory so we had to take silos and kill income to reduce any threat of them following us

As a member of your allaince said you guys did backstab and did recognize it so lets not play games about it

you still can try to buy a clean conscience, ffstkn, but all you were are backstabbers. You lost your honor here trying to excuse the relics you stole.

And please you did it when VULC was on ACID who became rank 1 with a too easy life while BT and VULC fought.

Anyway you won nothing by fighting and finally you were punished by VULC for your backstabbing, in the fight and not by a sneaky tortuous tricky way.

This is deserved, VULC was the best of this era, no doubt, with few friends only against 3/4 of the server refugeed on the snow.

you know whats ironic, we waited and waited, we(VULC/V3(VBH)) ended up finishing them off without BT..they rellocated..then next thing you know..ACID and BT merge... excuss was ARM1/ARM2 holding BT back...only we found out the true reason they were allies too and BT was just recovering fast and follow ACID plan...to have a final battle with VULC sad ffstkn..once again, it may not be you, and if you insist your clean conscience, then we know whose doing the dirty stuff...

First of all, my deepest condolences for the loss of your brother.

As far as i can see you're the only one that replies here and explains his view on it in a rational, mature and a somewhat calm manner. Knowing that the truth is always in the eye of the beholder, it's always good to see the perceptions of others.

Yes, this treaty was made because of contacts between you and Shay. As for Shay quitting right after, that isn't the truth. He stayed active for more than 600 ticks and then all of the sudden went quiet. Without any notice here in BD nor to his friends outside BD. (if you know what he does for a living and where he does it you would be worried for him too, like we at BT still are)

I never had any notice from Vulc about the actions NKS made violating the conditions of the treaty.

As for your comment of not being able to pass through AA. At that time we were only with 3 to 4 active members only AND we didn't have made friends with 1ARM/2ARM yet. That was established only after Vulc stepped into SA for the 2nd time.

And i nor anyone from BT has asked nb to steal the relics Vulc held. Only after nb got hold of them he contacted Sephiroth. That was the first contact between BT and nb. After nb told us to get all but 1 off his hands i asked him multiple times for his motivations. Never got a real answer from him on that question. (did Vulc ever contacted nb about his actions?)

And i would like to hear your view on the only condition you ignored to comment on.

If this treaty wasn't made Earth 3 Era 14 would have been much shorter.

It would be good if someone not being allied/friendly to Vulc or BT give his/hers opinion on this treaty and the era itself.

Actually you re probably right abouth the lenght of the era without treaty... We would have killed the AA coalition and then the ACID group... But we gave you a chance that you did not take...

Somebody wrote that it was an enormous mistake of us to leave the relics in the pacific. Well it was, as our newest ally BT did turn out not to be there.

How did the BTe relic get in your hands BT? You did attack it with a single squad (I saw it and we contemplated what to do). We agreed that it was a breach to the agreement, which said to give us the relics... Many more followed....
Nobody from BT joined to attack Acid. Instead you rebuild and the stat showed it - (you guys had really disappointing stats for a top ally actually).
No clearance for a "road" through SA.
No proposal to hand over any relics.



Well, just to prove the point.... We do answer but where are the second and third opinions in your ally? Before complaining, provide.......
VULC has alwy been honest and will always be.

Anyway, I think BT got what it deserved --- no second place !
