Not bad I guess. Photopshop of course. Seems chaotic and at a glance abstract. If you could brighten up the purple a bit that might make it look better.

Suggsetion: Post the pick a bit smaller.... like 1024x768

Too much filter use and it looks LQ and pixelated. Could be because of the filter you used or it is just wayyy over sharpened.

Take off the filter(s), use smart sharpen or unsharp mask to get the focus right, then play around with lighting and hues.
