u knw i love it when u guys decide to ban me when i spend a ton of money $1000 last month on BD going to buy another 12k today and dnt cheat but get blamed for it because someone has same name as me beside me who was supposed to be my sub but couldnt play so i conquered him. but i dnt even get a response when i get banned from the admin on skype or in game so now on all my worlds that ive spent 20k tokens at least im getting tottally ruined because u guys take forever to one hear what i have to say. so i was planning on spending at least another $1000 on this game this month for an era im playing but why should i spend money on a game when the admins take there time and ruin my eras. like F4 im getting my army killed there because we in a war and now am banned so cant move my units which ive spent 20k tokens on that era at least ive lost track after a while. i spend at least 16-22 hours a day on this game day on this game depending on if i work but u guys can't even respond to me when asked.

this is mainly directed at andrew because this is bull when i boost this much that u cant even respond to me quickly enough too let me knw 1 how long. 2 too even listen to what i had to say about what happened

first off just because you boost doesnt mean they will respond quicker and get "special treatment" (typical booster imo )

second off dont come here complaining about it, it will only make things worst

All you need to do is be patient Admins do have lives as well its not a 24/7 job and they do need sleep how do you know that he isn't asleep right now

Just be patient and then everything is more likely to work out fine and also just remain calm i can see your fustrated but if you are aggresive then your case more likely not to be accepted

also change your topic name just change it to help to be unbanned or something like that

It's not about supporting ... but they ban u randomly and keep u in the dark without knowing the details of the ban .... and u might get banned while ur army is in a dangerous area, so u will lose ur army and that ain't cool ... toma is just mad bcuz he is wasting tons of money on this game and the admin just ignored him when he talked to him on skype ... that will make the game lose money lol ... we just want active admins and admins that care

have you ever considered that admins have other jobs aswell because they dont get the pay they need to get by here in BD so they cant exactly be on here all the time
