If it's somewhere in north/west europe. I'm a maybe. If it's in USA I definitely can't go. But on the bright side, everyone that does go will speak good English... That's the real reason they want it in the US.  And what's all this talk about legal drinking age? We aren't inviting the police and I highly doubt seth is going to 'tell on you' if you aren't 21 yet.

Holland is designed for tourists to be fair, Amsterdam is one of the oldest merchant hubs in the world and has practically everything ya could want and everything ya dont want so im backing milan and saying holland ;}~, plus its cheaper and easier for americans to go to holland than for europeans to go to chicago ;}~

Personally (and i'm from the U.S. as previously stated) it seems to me Holland would work far better for most people because of the various factors from cost to legal drinking age.
Thats just my input however.
